Hello World
I was born at the Kingsbury Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa on the 12/08/1994. My parents, Melanie and Samuel, named me Adam as I was their first and only child. They sat back while the rest of the world smiled.

My school career started at Herzlia Highlands Primary School in Vredehoek, Cape Town.
A life time of screen time saw the demise of my blue/green eyes. Glasses and contact lenses were rapidly on the rise.
I was voted captain of the Middle School’s Cricket Team. For 2 seasons we reigned supreme.
No more fun and games as High School meant changing lanes. I chose Economics, IT and Physics as my electives. English, Afrikaans, Jewish Studies, Life Orientation and higher grade Maths was expected.
I competed at the Eskom Provincial Science Expo in Pretoria after receiving a gold medal at the regional round. I created a sensor system in the batsman’s crease used for run out decisions to conclusively determine whether the batsman was in or out. This served as an alternative to the 3rd umpire review system which remains in doubt.
Hug a tree because I was elected head of the Environment Committee.
In the end, I matriculated with only 1 distinction. I was devastated and thought it was fiction.
Despite a comfortable Bachelors Pass, my Grade 12 marks weren’t on par for UCT class.
Everything does happen for a reason. Despite my UCT disappointment, I started studying a B-Com Finance degree at Varsity College in Rondebosch, Cape Town. With some free time on my side, I began searching for my first job, far and wide.
It was love at first iSight. Adam’s Apple experience began at The iStore, V&A Waterfront, as a part time sales consultant. It didn’t take too long to become the leading part time sales person (and even exceeded some of the full time staff’s target). Becoming a certified Apple Product Professional was as easy as 1, 2, Siri.
My troubleshooting tricks earned me a seat at The Genius Bar. With iOS and OS X certifications, my skills shined brighter than any star.
I graduated from Varsity College with Distinction (75% average). My studies were finally in extinction.
After finishing my degree, I applied to become the head techie. At only 20, management decided it wasn’t the right fit for me. I’d now reached the ceiling and decided to set free. Adam’s Apple fell far from The iStore tree.
With a passion for the product and an apparent gap in the market for private Apple Support, saw the birth of my first child, i11. A true apple of my eye.

WHAT’S YOUR iMERGENCY?

Masibulele Educare Centre is a school deemed structurally unsafe for its children yet remains a vital and pivotal place for its students and the community. My friend Olivia started a ‘Buy a Brick’ initiative to help rebuild the school in which I created a crowd funding website and have assisted in event planning and coordinaion to help raise money.
I co-founded SpiderDev with my friend Barak from school. We Spin Sites ranging from basic landing pages to Ecommerce stores that rule.
At 23 I moved out from home in search of what’s next. Just like Nike, Lion’s Headquarters started at my new nest. You should see my custom built desk!
And just like that, I raise my bat to the 500 people who have helped put i11 on the map. Now time for an app?
